This edition is similar to the previous Designer Limited Edition of fifty copies that sold out last month, but is further refined with new cover artwork, new typography, minimal editing, and improved Table of Contents. The purposes of the minor changes are two fold:

• To become compliant with the Chicago Manual of Style, and implement changes as recommended by the most recent professional review by SpeedReaders

• Optimize the book to potential publishers and/or investors for future high volume production.
